A NEW NAME FOR THE FOOD STAMP PROGRAM
 and
IMPORTANT NEW CHANGES MAKE MORE PEOPLE ELIGIBLE FOR THE PROGRAM.

Benefits are distributed on a debit card and senior citizens and those with disabilities can have benefits deposited as cash into their bank accounts
