Do I Qualify?
CVOEO Weatherization provides services to income-qualified households at no charge. You can qualify for the service if your income falls below these guidelines (effective 3/28/13):

- Low-Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP)
- Emergency Fuel Assistance
- Reach Up Financial Assisstance (RUFA)
- General Assistance
- Supplemental Security Income/Aid to the Aged, Blind, Disabled (SSI/AABD)

IF YOU RENT, we'll work with your property owner to bring you the benefits of the program at little or no cost to him or her.

Champlain Housing Trust (Chittenden, Franklin and Grand Isle Counties)
Need a low cost loan to fix or weatherize your home? If you do not qualify for Champlain Valley Weatherization Services, consider the Champlain Housing Trust’s Housing Loan Program. These loans allow for rehabilitation and construction of essential structural and/or mechanical systems necessary for you and your family’s health and safety. Champlain Housing Trust provides borrowers with construction management services including: a list of approved contractors to choose from; the opportunity to have your own contractor approved; progress inspections prior to payment for work completed.

ReSOURCE is looking for homeowners whose income makes them ineligible for CVOEO Weatherization Services. We are piloting a program through which we can offer subsidized rates based on a variety of factors. Please contact Tracey McVetty at (802) 658-4143 x20 for more information.
Neighborworks of Western VT (Rutland, Addison and Bennington Counties)
NeighborWorks of Western Vermont can help you make repairs to your home. They offer loans to help you pay for the repairs, based on income and credit history.
