Eligibility Guidelines

CVOEO Weatherization provides services to income-qualified households at no charge. You can qualify for the service if your gross income falls below these guidelines 

(effective 7/1/2023):

If you or a member of your household has received one of the following benefits in the last 12 months, generally you will qualify for services:

  • Low-Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP)

If your income is close or if you are not sure if you might qualify, call us at 1-800-545-1084.

If you rent, we'll work with your property owner to bring you the benefits of the program at little or no cost to him or her.
